Xynergy (parent company Consumer51 LLC) is looking for a UX and design director with a high level of technical skills to lead a
growing team of UX and visual designers.
You will be responsible for leading the whole arc of designing and building websites and apps.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their business and guide them to success. You
bring to the table a broad understanding of UI Design patterns and UX best practices. The
layout decisions you make while designing wireframes are informed by your deep
understanding of HTML5 and CSS3. Your creativity and mastery of Adobe CC shine through
your visual designs. You partner with developers to ensure that user journeys are smooth and
painless, and that your client's creative vision is executed to maximum effect. Once launched,
you'll direct the design and marketing teams to build highly converting landing pages and
advertisements.
In addition to designing for your own clients, you'll be responsible for a team of designers. You
will work closely to ensure that their designs meet your clients'; expectations and Consumer51's
high standards. Your duties will include leading recurring design reviews with your team,
communicating client needs to other designers, and presenting the design team's work to your
clients.

Technical Skills
