After extensive evaluation and search, the NM Economic Development Department has selected Xynergy Digital Media Agency to conduct comprehensive online market research and yearlong strategy as well as website UI/UX design architecture. The project includes developing a full online go-to-market plan that focuses on all of the elements of the Agency's GoNM.Boz site. The project includes:

Tracking and Analytics tool implementation
In-dept Search Engine Optimization
Social Media development and year long communications calendar
online press releases
reporting and analysis

The project will also include user stories and UI/UX development along with a revamp of the site architecture.
